February 13, 2019
2 - 3:30 pm EST

1 CE for NHA, CEAL, CEHCH, Nurses

Unfortunately, low staffing, overworked employees and position vacancies can lead to low morale of the remaining staff leading to high turnover. Creating a desirable work environment is key to retention. This webinar will share strategies to successfully identify, recruit (both active job candidates as well as passive candidates), and hire qualified candidates as well as strategies to keep them, eliminating the revolving door effect.

Objectives:
1. Develop a recruitment strategy to include social media outreach and job posting strategies.
2. Create an onboarding plan that will engage your new employee on day one.
3. Tips on how to keep your tenured staff energized and growing with your organization.
