Ms. LaGrange?s 25+ years of experience includes a diverse range of positions such as Director of Nursing, Administrator, and Consultant. Her successful career includes extensive leadership roles in which her knowledge and expertise have assisted organizations in regulatory, clinical and operational turn-a-rounds. In her past 13 years as a Consultant with Pathway Health Services, she has assisted quality improvements in a multitude of organizations and has become a nationally renowned trainer in Restorative Nursing. In addition to her extensive nursing administrative background, Susan is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Her ability to work with employees at all levels of an organization is evident in all that she does. Ms. LaGrange is a past President of the Wisconsin Director of Nursing Council and has had experience speaking at multiple long term care professional organization conferences. Ms. LaGrange is also a Certified INTERACT Champion Master Trainer.

This program offers 6 hours of continuing education credit for the following:

All attendees regardless of their need for CE credits will receive a certificate of attendance if they attend the entire program.

Ohio Licensed Administrators: The Association is an approved provider of continuing education credit by the Ohio Board of Executives for Long Term Care Services and Supports (BELTSS). Administrators can earn 6 preferred hours of continuing education credit.

Ohio Nurses: Nurses please note any continuing education that has been approved by BELTSS (or any other accredited body) can be accepted by the Ohio Board of Nursing in the State of Ohio. Nurses may use this continuing education to meet their licensure requirements. Please refer to OBN continuing education rules 4723-14-01 thru 4723-14-19.
