4 CEs for NHA, CPA, Nurses

One of the greatest financial challenges to the SNF is the bundling of services in the Medicare Part A rate. Bill Ulrich, President/CEO of Consolidated Billing Services, Inc., will review the bundling provisions related to what services are excluded from the bundled rate and under what circumstances the exclusion exists including a detailed review of items bundled and how
to manage those high cost Medicare residents. Mr. Ulrich focuses on a team approach to manage Medicare consolidated billing as it touches every element of care from admission to discharge. In today?s economy every dollar counts. A thorough understanding of SNF Consolidated Billing leads to a more streamlined billing process, more accurate resident statements and cleaner accounts receivable. According to CMS it is the responsibility of the SNF to make arrangements for all services its patients may require. A critical part of this arrangement is the determination of the amount charged by the supplier and paid by the SNF.
