Lisa Thomson is the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at Pathway Health Services. She has over 30 years' experience in the post-acute and long-term care arena as well as other healthcare settings. Lisa has had extensive experience in leadership and oversight of daily operations of numerous health care organizations in the Post-Acute Care Continuum. As a Chief Executive Officer, Vice President, Executive Director, Administrator, Marketing, Director, and Director of various IDT departments, she has been instrumental in supporting leadership teams (from all levels) through a number of organizational changes to establish regulatory compliance, standards of practice, operational strategies as well as Joint Commission Accreditation. Ms. Thomson is skilled in the coordination and leadership of compliance teams that aide facilities in achieving regulatory, clinical, operational and financial turnaround. She has the ability to interpret regulations, national initiatives and operationalize the process. She performs operational assessments of health care organizations and systems as well as the development and implementation of strategic plans, preferred provider networks, post-acute care networks, integrated care networks, as well as the inclusion of PAC in the new alternative payment models. Her hands on style, leadership abilities and regulatory expertise are unparalleled in the industry.
Lisa is a sought after national thought leader in the health care arena. She presents to a wide variety of healthcare and other business provider types and is a known key note and International Speaker. She has written numerous articles and has been published in national communications across the health care provider continuum. She has been voted as a 'Top Female Healthcare Executive' and serves as a mentor for health care leaders across the nation.

Susan LaGrange, RN, BSN, NHA, CDONA, FACDONA, CIMT has 25+ years of experience which includes a diverse range of positions such as Director of Nursing, Administrator, and Consultant. Her successful career includes extensive leadership roles in which her knowledge and expertise have assisted organizations in regulatory, clinical and operational turn-a-rounds. In her past 19 years as a Consultant with Pathway Health Services, she has assisted quality improvements in a multitude of organizations and has become a nationally renowned trainer in Restorative Nursing. In addition to her extensive nursing administrative background, Susan is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Her ability to work with employees at all levels of an organization is evident in all that she does. Ms. LaGrange is a past President of the Wisconsin Director of Nursing Council and has had experience speaking at multiple long term care professional organization conferences. Ms. LaGrange is also a Certified INTERACT Champion Master Trainer.

Ms. LaGrange is a Board-Certified Infection Preventionist through NADONA/LTC. She has been teaching Infection control for over 10 years and has presented at APIC's 2017 44th Annual Conference on Multi-Drug Resistant Organisms - A Long Term Care Provider's Challenge in Today's Healthcare Environment.
CEs & Other Education Requirements:

This program is approved for one (1) hour of credit for nursing home administrators and nurses. Individual attendance will be monitored throughout the call. Only those attending the entire call will be awarded continuing education credit. All participants, regardless of need for credits, may receive a certificate of attendance.

Non-Members: $70 per person
