The sales plan can feel daunting when solutions that once worked every time, no longer make an impact and teams who used to knock it out of the park seem lost and burnt out. You might have the right people in place but the magic happens when mindset, behaviors, and actions connect to the big goal. What strategies make the most successful leaders and how do you develop a solid plan in an ever-changing industry? We?ll examine what top performers do to maximize their efforts and reach their goals faster so you and your sales leaders can weather the storms successfully!

Many of our decisions in life take into account emotions, and these emotional aspects are the X-Factor behind building lasting and valuable referral relationships. We will dive into what emotional intelligence is, how to navigate relationships through emotions to influence people and manage your own emotions, and tools to help you improve your EQ that will have a direct impact on your sales success.
