This session will discuss strategies for developing and managing the facility infection prevention and control program

Projected Learning Outcomes/Course Objectives: At the conclusion of each session, the learner will:
1. Describe the purpose of the IPC program
2. Identify primary activities of the IPC program
3. Establish a process for developing and implementing IPC policies and procedures and risk assessment
