Shane Crawcraft is an active member of the Skilled Nursing Facility World. He participates with both OHCA and AHCA at eh state and national levels. Being both a Registered Nurse and a LNHA, he brings a unique and enjoyable perspective to the profession. His presentations hit at the heart of what we must do to provide the best to the residents every day. With more than 20 years of SNF experience, he will provide understanding and insight into the professions.
Jan Hensel devotes her practice exclusively to the representation of employers in the employment law arena. She consults with employers of all sizes to help them comply with the myriad of State and Federal employment laws that affect the workplace, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family, and Medical Leave Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Title VII, and the Ohio Civil Rights Act. Jan frequently conducts onsite training and seminars to ensure that clients avoid employment pitfalls. She works closely with her clients to help them identify issues before they become problems and solve problems after they arise. She has more than 20 years of experience litigating employment law cases in state and federal courts and representing employers before state and federal enforcement agencies. She has tried cases and presented appeals in state and federal courts throughout Ohio and has represented clients before the Ohio Supreme Court.
Robin L. Hillier is a healthcare executive dedicated to post-acute and long term care. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a State Tested Nursing Assistant, a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, and is Resident Assessment Coordinator Certified and a Master Teacher through the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination (AANAC). Throughout her career she has been involved in all aspects of facility operations, including ownership roles. She is currently the Director of Reimbursement and Quality Metrics for Welcome Nursing Home in Oberlin, Ohio and President of RLH Consulting, which provides operational and reimbursement consulting to providers of skilled nursing, assisted living and intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Peggy Morrison is a Sr. Risk Manager with AssuredPartners/Risk Management Solutions serving the senior living industry. She provides clinical risk management services to skilled nursing and assisted living centers with a focus on risk identification and mitigation. Peggy has served the senior living industry for 29 years with a specialized focus in clinical risk management. She has served in various roles including as a Director of Nursing, Regional Nurse, V.P. of Clinical Operations and a clinical nursing instructor. Peggy is a graduate of the University of Akron with a MSNA in Nursing Administration.
Carri Rejonis RN, BSN LNHA, WCC Carri Rejonis has over 20 years of long-term career experience. She started as a nursing assistant in 2001 working in the areas of traditional long-term care with a specialty in memory care. She continued her education at Belmont College completing the Licensed Practical Nursing program in 2005 and immediately transitioned into the associate degree nursing program at West Virgina Northern Community College. She continued her education at West Liberty University graduating with a bachelor?s degree in science and nursing. Over the past 20 years she has continued to grow in long-term care. She has been wound care certified for over 7 years and is also a licensed nursing home administrator. She has over 12 years combined upper-level management experience and 8 years of long-term care consulting in multiple facilities. She is currently an executive consultant for Focused Foundations LLC and specializes in education, quality measures, staffing, direct care nursing management and survey readiness and preparation.
Peg Tobin is the President/Owner of Tobin & Associates. She has been a nurse manager, a DON, Regional and Corporate Nurse. In 2018, her firm was awarded a CMS grant to do Leadership Training for Nurse Managers in Ohio. She has published two books and 5 workbooks on Leadership (sold on amazon). Peg is the recipient of the Jane Johnsen 'Women of Vision Award' from Ohio University, the Athena Leadership Award, the PNC 'Women Who Achieve' Profile and the Business Person of the Year and in 2018 Pickerington Humanitarian

Ohio Licensed Administrators: This program has been approved for 21 hours (7 each day) of continuing education credit for nurses and nursing home administrators (Ohio BELTSS).
Nurses: Nurses please note any continuing education that has been approved by BELTSS (or any other accredited body) can be accepted by the Ohio Board of Nursing in the State of Ohio.
