Join us for a 2-day Train-the-Trainer course designed to prepare experienced professionals to deliver From Chaos to Calm: Behavior Management Essentials for CNAs within their own facilities.
This immersive workshop will walk you through the complete curriculum-equipping you with the confidence, tools, and resources to effectively teach frontline caregivers how to recognize triggers, de-escalate tense situations, and provide person-centered care with compassion and respect.
Through hands-on practice, role-playing, and facilitator guidance, you will:
* Learn the curriculum inside and out by experiencing it as both a trainer and a learner.
* Practice leading discussions, activities, and scenarios to prepare for real classroom delivery.
* Receive ready-to-use trainer resources including lesson plans, slides, and handouts.
* Build confidence in teaching behavior management to CNAs, empowering them to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
By the end of the Train-the-Trainer session, you will be fully equipped to bring this nationally relevant program back to your staff-helping to reduce workplace stress, improve resident outcomes, and foster a culture of safety, dignity, and resilience.

Her practical, common-sense approach has helped countless long-term care staff nationwide feel empowered to support residents with serious mental illness, dementia, and complex needs.
