Tammy Cassidy RN, BSN, LNHA, RAC-MT, CEAL is a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience in long term care, including Director of Nursing, MDS Coordinator, Corporate Clinical Compliance, Corporate Risk Manager, Vice President of Clinical Quality and Reimbursement, as well as the founder of T. L. Cassidy & Associates, which provided consulting services since 2001. She is also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and former CMS DAVE2 reviewer, specializing in MDS accuracy. She has been certified in Gerontological Nursing, MDS, CEAL, and she is a Master Trainer for the AAPACN Resident Assessment Coordinator certification. Ms. Cassidy is a nationally recognized speaker, focusing on MDS, clinical quality, risk management, and regulatory best practices. She is proud to be serving the members of the Ohio Health Care Association as the Regulatory Director.
Chris Donnellan is currently Senior Director, Government Relations at the American Health Care Association , the nation?s largest association of long term and post-acute care providers, AHCA advocates for quality care and services for frail, elderly, and disabled Americans. Our members provide essential care to approximately one million individuals in over 13,500 not-for-profit and proprietary member facilities.
As Senior Director, his duties include monitoring, advancing and analyzing federal legislation that directly impacts AHCA members and the patients they serve.
He previously worked for the College of American Pathologists as well as the American Nurses Association.
Donnellan began his career as a Legislative Assistant for Congressman Richard Neal.
He graduated from Fairfield University with a B.A. in History.
Chris and his wife, Maryellen have four children, the oldest is a resident of Cincinnati.
Robin L. Hillier, CPA, STNA, LNHA, RAC-CT
Robin L. Hillier is a healthcare executive dedicated to post-acute and long term care. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a State Tested Nursing Assistant, a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, and is Resident Assessment Coordinator Certified and a Master Teacher through the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination (AANAC). Throughout her career she has been involved in all aspects of facility operations, including ownership roles. She is currently the Director of Reimbursement and Quality Metrics for Welcome Nursing Home in Oberlin, Ohio; Co-Owner of Quality Life Services, a home health agency; and President of RLH Consulting, which provides operational and reimbursement consulting to providers of skilled nursing, assisted living and intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Ms. Hillier was elected to the Board of Governors of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) in 2010, and served for seven years. She is Past Chair of both the Ohio Health Care Association (OHCA) and its Educational Foundation (EFOHCA). She also serves on the AANAC Expert Advisory Panel. Ms. Hillier was a 2015 recipient of the Joe Warner Patient Advocacy award and the 2004 OHCA President's award. She is a graduate of both the AHCA Future Leader and Political Ambassador programs, and represented AHCA at the 2014 White House Summit on Working Families.
