Successfully managing the MDS within your facility is key to proper documentation and improved revenues. Failure to understand and monitor the process can have a detrimental outcome, including inaccurate and incorrectly timed assessments. This important course will discuss the most important tools that an administrator can and should utilize in managing the MDS within their facility, and to coordinating the MDS team. This course will not detail the MDS/PPS process, train you to be an MDS coordinator or to accurately complete an MDS. Rather, this program will give administrators the tools necessary to manage key reports and processes to ensure that the MDS is being accurately managed. This program will also provide tips and strategies to help you generate the highest reimbursement to which you are entitled under the Medicare program, by understanding how to read key reports and work with essential team members to improve outcomes. This is a must attend course for experienced and new administrators and key managers attend to streamline the MDS management within nursing facilities.
